Be Calm and Kind is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.
If your product arrives defective, incorrect, or if you simply change your mind, we follow the policy below according to Australian Consumer Law and international e-commerce best practices.


πŸ” 2. Returns for Change of Mind

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your product.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • Odour-free

  • Undamaged

  • With the original tag attached

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the error was made by our store.

Once the product is returned and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and informing you whether your refund has been approved.


⚠️ 3. Exchanges and Returns for Defective Items

If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

A prepaid return label will be provided at no additional cost.

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Stripe, etc.) within 7 business days.

The time for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

For orders shipped outside Australia, the same rules apply.

International return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error was made by Be Calm and Kind (wrong item or defective product).

The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless faulty):

  • Sale items

  • Free gifts

  • Customised or personalised products

For hygiene reasons, intimate accessories or used items cannot be returned.

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos of the product (in cases of defect or wrong item received)
